Most hackathon problems are invented. This one isn't. We collected real operational problems from kirana stores, small manufacturers and single-clinic practices across three states. You pick one and build something that would actually get used on a ₹8,000 Android phone with patchy signal.

WHAT TO BUILD

Anything that solves the problem end to end — web, mobile, WhatsApp bot, or a spreadsheet that does something clever. We care that it works, not what it is written in.

HOW IT IS JUDGED

• ·40% Does it solve the real problem, for the real user
• ·25% Would it survive contact with a shop on a bad connection
• ·20% How much of it actually works, versus how much is described
• ·15% Clarity of the five-minute demo

Working code beats a polished deck. A demo that runs on the judge's phone beats both.

WHAT YOU GET

Everyone who submits gets a written review of their work from someone who hires engineers for a living. Top 10 teams get interviews with hiring partners. No entry fee, and you keep everything you build.
