1. About MetaTnP & acceptance

MetaTnP ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a campus-to-career hiring platform operated from India that connects jobseekers, companies, and colleges. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the Platform at www.metatnp.com. By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at onboarding, or continuing to use the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy), which together form a binding agreement between you and MetaTnP.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or college, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. One account represents one person or one organisation; accounts are not transferable. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Jobseekers must not misrepresent skills, education, experience, or identity. Companies and colleges must be legitimate organisations; the jobs, campus drives, tests, and invitations they post must be genuine and lawful. We may verify organisations and may suspend accounts that fail verification.

3. AI assessments, tests & proctoring

The Platform provides skill assessments that are generated and evaluated in part by automated (AI) systems, including a written round and an adaptive AI interview. Companies and colleges may additionally attach their own screening questions, entrance exams, or assigned tests.

Assessment and test attempts record integrity signals — including tab switches, window focus changes, paste attempts, and time per question. With your consent, webcam snapshots are captured at random moments during the written assessment round for exam-integrity purposes. Starting an assessment constitutes consent to these measures; if you decline camera access the assessment still proceeds, and the refusal is noted on your report. Integrity signals and snapshots are stored with your results and are visible to companies you apply to and to your linked college, alongside your scores.

Attempting to cheat, use unauthorised assistance, share questions, impersonate another person, or otherwise manipulate an assessment or test may result in flagged or voided results and suspension of your account.

AI-generated evaluations are decision-support signals, not guarantees. Hiring decisions are made by companies, not by MetaTnP, and we do not warrant any particular outcome from an assessment score.

4. The MetaTnP resume

Jobseekers can build a resume in the MetaTnP standard format, including by uploading an existing resume for extraction and by using optional AI enhancement of wording. The MetaTnP resume is a platform feature intended for use within the Platform: it is presented in-portal to companies you apply to and to your linked college, and it carries MetaTnP branding.

Export of candidate resumes as files is limited to authorised users (for example, companies on paid plans, or MetaTnP administrators). Companies and colleges must not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute candidate resumes or profiles, and must use them solely for their own recruitment or placement purposes.

5. Data sharing between users

When a jobseeker applies to a job, the hiring company can view their profile, MetaTnP resume, assessment report (including integrity signals and proctoring snapshots), and their answers to that company's screening questions. A jobseeker's linked and verified college can view their profile, placement activity, assessment report, test results, and training activity.

Companies and colleges receiving candidate data agree to use it only for recruitment and placement purposes, to protect it against misuse, and to delete it when no longer needed for those purposes. Further detail on data handling is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Campus drives, partnerships & verification

Colleges may invite students in bulk, verify student enrolment (including via college email-domain matching and manual approval), schedule campus drives (optionally with entrance exams), and partner with companies. Companies may propose drives to colleges and vice versa; a drive proceeds only when accepted.

Students may register for drives run by their verified college. Colleges are responsible for the accuracy of their student rosters; companies are responsible for honouring commitments made in accepted drives.

7. Plans, payments & invoices

Companies and colleges may subscribe to paid plans with usage limits as described on the Billing page. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; GST is applied on invoices as per law. Payments are currently collected offline (bank transfer/UPI) against invoices issued by MetaTnP; a plan is activated by MetaTnP upon request or payment and remains active until its stated end date.

If a plan expires or payment is not received, the account reverts to free-tier limits automatically. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once the plan period has started. Training enrolments for jobseekers may carry fees communicated before enrolment and invoiced individually.

8. Acceptable use

You must not: post fake, discriminatory, or unlawful jobs, drives, or tests; harass or defraud other users; charge candidates fees for applying; upload malicious code; scrape or harvest data; attempt to access accounts, answer keys, or data not intended for you; circumvent plan limits or platform restrictions; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

9. Communications

By creating an account you consent to receive transactional communications from MetaTnP (email and in-app notifications) relating to your account — for example application updates, drive announcements, assessment results, invoices, plan and expiry notices, and platform changes. Colleges sending student invitations through the Platform confirm they have a lawful basis to share those students' email addresses with us.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, software, branding, assessment formats, and generated question papers are the property of MetaTnP or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit (profiles, resumes, job posts, test questions), and you grant MetaTnP a licence to host, process, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Platform as described in these Terms.

11. Disclaimers & liability

MetaTnP is a platform connecting independent parties. We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, candidate quality, student placement, or the conduct of any user. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaTnP's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you to MetaTnP in the six months preceding the claim (or ₹5,000 if you have paid no fees), and MetaTnP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Termination & data deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page ("Danger zone"); deletion is permanent and removes your profile and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability limits, and dispute terms) survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform. Before initiating proceedings, you agree to first raise the dispute with us at support@metatnp.com and allow 30 days for resolution.
